The custom reception desk created for this project is intended to greet highly valued clients. And it includes Formica ColorCore materials. These contain a color-matched core all of the way through the material, so the traditional high-pressure laminate “black line” does not exist. Formica DecoMetal laminate was also used. These use a real metal foil laminated to a phenolic core, combining the practicality of a high-pressure laminate with the beauty of real metal.

The new offices of our healthcare client, Tiger Connect located in Santa Monica, California consisted of a quick construction turnaround with updated architectural details and finishes. The custom cabinetry finishes consisted of Wilsonart “Crimini Walnut” #Y0704-38, white melamine cabinet interiors, soft closing drawer slides, door hinges, and Doug Mockett chamfered edge drawer pulls in a brushed anthracite finish. The architectural details included floating wall shelves, a centrally located island with storage space within the break area of the building, an attractive refrigerator enclosure custom cabinet, and an ADA-accessible microwave cabinet.
